La 1a vez q lo probé no me hizo mucha gracia el sabor, pero me resultó muy saciante y eso me hizo volver a comprar. Al final me enganché y me va genial para no picar entre horas y/o después del entreno. El único pero que le pongo, es que te puede dar gases, si comes más de uno.. 😋

HOW TO USE IT

Smoothie

Simply add your Keto Bar to a blender in your favourite smoothie, for a thick and creamy chocolate burst.

Instant dessert

Remove the Keto Bar from the packet and place it on a serving plate. Drizzle our Ketonico Salted Caramel Nut Butter over the bar and finish by adding some dessicated coconut on top. Cut the Keto Bar into various pieces and serve.

Smoothie bowl topping
