No, our bars are only required to be stored at room temperature (between 10 and 25 degrees celsius)

As the net carbs are very low per serving it's very unlikely you will break ketosis or exceed your macros target with our bars
Can my child consume this safely?
Yes, unlike commercially sold candy bars in stores targeted towards children, our bars are 100% real food and ingredients, with no refined sugar, additives or preservatives.
Can I use this as a pre-workout bar?

creamy, sugar-free dark chocolate with 70% of cacao from pure cacao paste. It enriches the product with healthy fats, prebiotic fibre and antioxidants.
Cacao paste
raw cacao paste made from ground cocoa nibs without the application of high-temperature processes to maintain its properties. Besides is the major plant-based source of magnesium.
