Why consume it
Ghee is a good source of energy as it contains medium and short-chain fatty acids which can give you an immediate clean boost of energy
ghee is a great source of butyric acid, which makes it an ideal choice to support the health of the intestinal walls. The cells of the colon use butyric acid as their preferred source of energy.
HOW TO USE IT

Use for cooking
Simply replace butter or vegetable with this super healthy cooking substitute!
Spread On Baked Goods
Spread ghee all over your gluten-free bread, gluten-free crackers, muffins or other baked goods. It works well for either sweet or savory recipes!
Mashed Vegetables
Add flavour and creaminess to your mashed vegetables with ghee. Perfect when using cauliflower to replace potatoes for the mashed consistency!
Chocolate Spreads
Make your own healthy chocolate spreads using your sugar-free chocolate of choice, nuts or seeds (or nut and seed butters), and erythritol. If the flavour in combination with chocolate is too strong for you, try half ghee and half coconut oil.
Porridge
Add a tablespoon of ghee to your morning bowl of Ketonico Porridge to enhance the creaminess and overall healthy fats to your bowl!
Curries
Yes, you can make butter chicken without butter or cream! Ghee and coconut milk will do the trick quite nicely.
Hot Chocolate
Simply add 1 teaspoon of ghee to your hot chocolate recipe for an extra creamy texture and flavour!
Chocolate Cookies + Bone Broth
Ingredients200gr almond flour
a pinch of salt
40ml vegetable drink
50g of ghee
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
2 level scoops bone broth protein powder
40gr of chopped chocolate and to decorate / melt (optional)
2 teaspoons erythritol (optional)
Procedure
Put the almond flour in a bowl.
Add the ghee at room temperature (now it is practically liquid), the flour, the vanilla, the powdered broth, the vegetable drink, the pinch of salt and the sweetener for those who need it.
Integrate everything well with a spatula.
Next, add the chopped chocolate and distribute it throughout the dough.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
With your hands, form balls and flatten them with a fork to give them a cookie shape.
Place them on the oven tray (or air fryer) with paper so they don't stick, and bake with heat up and down at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes.
Let them cool on a rack.
You can decorate them with melted chocolate on top.
