Simply add your Keto Bar to a blender in your favourite smoothie, for a thick and creamy chocolate burst.

Instant dessert

Remove the Keto Bar from the packet and place it on a serving plate. Drizzle our Ketonico Salted Caramel Nut Butter over the bar and finish by adding some dessicated coconut on top. Cut the Keto Bar into various pieces and serve.

Smoothie bowl topping

Tiene lactosa ???

Soy intolerante a la lactosa y lo compré pensando q no tenía pues no lo especifica bien. Me sentó fatal . Compre tb chocolate y no me atrevo ahora a probarlo

Las barritas estan buenísimas y sacian bastante.
El único pero que les pondría es que son muy aceitosas (supongo que por el MCT) y blandas.

Es un tentempié muy sabroso que puede comerse a cualquier hora del dia o como postre. No es nada dulce y acompaña perfectamente los frutos secos. Un buen alimento.
