HOW TO USE IT

This is the most versatile bone broth on the market and can be used in multiple keto-friendly recipes. Get creative and play with it!

PROTEIN SHAKE

Simply add 1 tablespoon into your protein shaker with almond or coconut milk and enjoy!

SALAD DRESSING

Simply add 2 teaspoons (or more if desired) into a mixing bowl with olive oil and lemon. Mix all the ingredients together and pour over your salad to give an extra protein shot.

ENERGY BALLS + RAW BITES

Simply add 1 serving to your mixture for an extra dose of protein to your energy balls and/or raw bites.

COOKING STOCK

Simply replace your regular chicken or beef stock with 2 teaspoons (or more if desired) mixed with water, the next time you prepare a meal.

LOWCARB PANCAKES

For this recipe you will need: 2 tbsp almond flour + 2 tbsp Bone broth powder + 2 tsp og Organic Erythritol + 1 Egg + 1/4 cup Almond Milk + Choc Hazelnut Nut Butter for Toppin. Instructions:1. Whisk everything inside a bowl until smooth2. Pour the batter onto a pan on medium low heat3. Cook in a hot pan until bubbles start to form4. Flip and repeat until golden on both sides5. Serve it with your Nut butter as a topping

BULLETPROOF COFFEE

Add to your morning coffe 1 tablespoon of bone broth protein powder.

ALMOND ICE CREAM WITH BONE BROTH

Ingredients for 3 ice creams:
- 250gr of coconut yogurt
- 30gr of dried fruit cream with salted caramel
- 2 teaspoons of bone broth protein powder
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder
- 1 teaspoon of erythritol (optional)
- dark chocolate without sugar chopped for the interior and melt with coconut oil for the coverage.
- (optional) sliced ​​almonds. Process:
Whisk together yogurt, vanilla, protein powder, walnut butter, and if needed, sweetener.
Add 6 ounces of chopped dark chocolate and stir.
Take silicone ice cream molds.
Let them freeze (min 4-5h)
Melt the chocolate with a teaspoon of coconut oil in a bain-marie.

Chocolate Cookies + Bone Broth

Ingredients

200gr almond flour
a pinch of salt
40ml vegetable drink
50g of ghee
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
2 level scoops bone broth protein powder
40gr of chopped chocolate and to decorate / melt (optional)
2 teaspoons erythritol (optional)

Procedure 👇

Put the almond flour in a bowl.
Add the ghee at room temperature (now it is practically liquid), the flour, the vanilla, the powdered broth, the vegetable drink, the pinch of salt and the sweetener for those who need it.
Integrate everything well with a spatula.
Next, add the chopped chocolate and distribute it throughout the dough.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
With your hands, form balls and flatten them with a fork to give them a cookie shape.
Place them on the oven tray (or air fryer) with paper so they don't stick, and bake with heat up and down at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes.
Let them cool on a rack.
You can decorate them with melted chocolate on top.

Chocolate rocks

Ingredients:

Macadamias (or your favorite nut)
laminated almond
sugar free chocolate
1 teaspoon coconut oil
Salt
1 tablespoon bone broth protein powder
(Optional): cinnamon, vanilla…

Process:

Melt the chocolate with a teaspoon of coconut oil in a bain-marie.
Add the candle and the bouillon powder and stir.
Then add the nuts and mix until they are well impregnated with the chocolate.
Make little mountains of the mixture on parchment paper, sprinkle 3-4 flakes of salt on top and take it to the fridge. In 20 min you will have them solid and ready!
