ALMOND ICE CREAM WITH BONE BROTH
Ingredients for 3 ice creams:- 250gr of coconut yogurt
- 30gr of dried fruit cream with salted caramel
- 2 teaspoons of bone broth protein powder
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder
- 1 teaspoon of erythritol (optional)
- dark chocolate without sugar chopped for the interior and melt with coconut oil for the coverage.
- (optional) sliced almonds. Process:
Whisk together yogurt, vanilla, protein powder, walnut butter, and if needed, sweetener.
Add 6 ounces of chopped dark chocolate and stir.
Take silicone ice cream molds.
Let them freeze (min 4-5h)
Melt the chocolate with a teaspoon of coconut oil in a bain-marie.
Put the melted chocolate in a narrow glass where the ice creams fit well. Put the ice cream in the glass so that it is well covered with chocolate and when it has not yet solidified add the sliced almonds. Intelligent!

Chocolate Cookies + Bone Broth
Ingredients200gr almond flour
a pinch of salt
40ml vegetable drink
50g of ghee
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
2 level scoops bone broth protein powder
40gr of chopped chocolate and to decorate / melt (optional)
2 teaspoons erythritol (optional)
Procedure 👇
Put the almond flour in a bowl.
Add the ghee at room temperature (now it is practically liquid), the flour, the vanilla, the powdered broth, the vegetable drink, the pinch of salt and the sweetener for those who need it.
Integrate everything well with a spatula.
Next, add the chopped chocolate and distribute it throughout the dough.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
With your hands, form balls and flatten them with a fork to give them a cookie shape.
Place them on the oven tray (or air fryer) with paper so they don't stick, and bake with heat up and down at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes.
Let them cool on a rack.
You can decorate them with melted chocolate on top.

Chocolate rocks
Ingredients:Macadamias (or your favorite nut)
laminated almond
sugar free chocolate
1 teaspoon coconut oil
Salt
1 tablespoon bone broth protein powder
(Optional): cinnamon, vanilla…
Process:
Melt the chocolate with a teaspoon of coconut oil in a bain-marie.
Add the candle and the bouillon powder and stir.
Then add the nuts and mix until they are well impregnated with the chocolate.
Make little mountains of the mixture on parchment paper, sprinkle 3-4 flakes of salt on top and take it to the fridge. In 20 min you will have them solid and ready!
