RAMEN WITH KONJAC NOODLES

For this recipe you will need:

  • 1 tbsp of minced ginger
  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp of Bone Broth Gel
  • 240 ml of water
  • 1 pack of Konjac Noodles
  • Toppings: boiled eggs, nori seaweeds, buds germinated, sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. Boil 240 ml of water and add the soy sauce, white vinegar, the bone broth gel, and the ginger.
  2. Drain the konjac noodles and add them to the saucepan
  3. Once the mixture starts to boil cook for 3 minutes
  4. Serve it on a bowl and finish with eggs and toppings
