For this recipe you will need:
- 1 tbsp of minced ginger
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of white vinegar
- 1 tbsp of Bone Broth Gel
- 240 ml of water
- 1 pack of Konjac Noodles
- Toppings: boiled eggs, nori seaweeds, buds germinated, sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Boil 240 ml of water and add the soy sauce, white vinegar, the bone broth gel, and the ginger.
- Drain the konjac noodles and add them to the saucepan
- Once the mixture starts to boil cook for 3 minutes
- Serve it on a bowl and finish with eggs and toppings
