KONJAC - RIZ
Ingrédient star : le konjac est un légume racine originaire d'Asie, dont la fibre est extraite et moulée sous différents formats, comme le riz et les pâtes. La texture de cette fibre est parfaite pour cuisiner vos plats préférés dans une version ridiculement faible en glucides : 1,2 gr de glucides par plat.
Le goût et la texture sont similaires à ceux des pâtes traditionnelles, ce qui en fait l'option idéale pour les repas de famille et les réunions sociales.

MUSHROOM RISOTTO
