KETO LEMONADE (TIME:5 MIN - SERVINGS: 4)
⬚ 240ml freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 6 medium-size lemons)
⬚ 1l purified water
⬚ 4 ice cubes (or more depending on the desired texture)
⬚ 40g erythritol
⬚ fresh mint (optional)
- Put water, erythritol and lemon juice in a large jar. Stir until combined.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and enjoy it cold. Serve with mint for an extra refreshing kick.
