⬚ 100g grated coconut
⬚ 60g ghee butter
⬚ 40g cream cheese
⬚ chopped almonds
- Mix grated coconut and butter in a bowl until smooth.
- Add cream cheese and continue mixing until everything is well combined.
- Use 2 spoons or your hands to shape the balls.
- Coat the coconut balls with chopped almonds
- Put them in the fridge to set for 1-2 hours, they will come out even more delicious!
