CAULIFLOWER HUMMUS - Snack

CAULIFLOWER HUMMUS (TIME: 10 - SERVINGS: 4)

⬚ 650g raw cauliflower
⬚ 2 cloves of garlic
⬚ 1 tablespoon lemon juice
⬚ 2 tablespoons olive oil
⬚ salt and sweet paprika to taste


  1. Prepare the cauliflower: You have two options but we highly recommend roasting it for this recipe rather than steaming. Most importantly, it needs to be soft. Let it cool. 
  2. Add 2 garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 tablespoons of lemon juice, and half a teaspoon of salt in the food processor or blender and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Continue until creamy and smooth, adjust seasoning if necessary.
  4. Serve in a bowl dressed in olive oil and sweet paprika.
