Siempre he tomado el MCT líquido porque tenia la impresión de que en polvo tendría sabor y no me gustaría pero me ha sorprendido gratamente, lo tomo por las mañanas con mi café y un poquito de mantequilla antes de mis éntrenos y me va genial.

Me ha encantado!!

Lo tomo cada día con mi bebida vegetal con te matcha y está buenísimo, además de darme un plus de energía. Y si durante el día he hecho algún esfuerzo extra y me noto baja de energía, me tomo un vaso de agua con una cucharada disuelta del MCT y me recupero al instante.
